After many years in the industry we began to see issues with existing skylight flashings and manufacturing process which all required silicone to create a water tight seal.

With the changing weather patterns and increased rapid storm cells and sudden changes in temperature we found more and more problems with rivets failing the stress loads, silicones failing over time and even spot welding not standing up to modern extremes in weather and the movement in buildings.

Over a ten year period research was done into alternative methods to over come these issues.
